…………. Shona regularly checked in and truly made me feel included in the program. This was my first ever experience like this, since joining “Company” almost 2 years ago now. So huge credit for Shona being fully inclusive.

I would also like to specifically highlight Shona as an incredible leader and facilitator of the program, she guided all 15 leaders, allowing the space for us to share best practices and adjust the schedule so seamlessly, we did not even realise the backend planning and decision making from Shona. The way Shona did not cut off conversations and allowed conversations to flow and then naturally stop, to continue was an impressive skill.

I would go as far to say this training without Shona would be a very different experience, she was incredible and I really hope you can leverage Shona for more trainings like this, as she represents and trains on behalf of “Company”, the best that I have seen, personally (been in industry for 23 years). Hats off to Shona and I really hope we have more trainings led by her.
