Program Facilitation
Facilitation of IPM programs
We offer proven training programs facilitation on topics such as communication, leadership, management, innovation, change management, sales, cross-cultural competence, dealing with difficult situations, performance management, coaching and many other professional skills. We use a skill-building methodology to create confidence and competence in learners – increasing learner’s “Transfer-Ability” to apply acquired skills on the job.
Facilitation of your programs as an extension of your internal faculty
We have a global network of facilitators who have been screened for specific core competencies and certified to consistently deliver training of the highest quality. Our network of facilitators as an average of 12 years of facilitation experience, expansive certifications, in-depth industry-specific knowledge, and the ability to deliver in more than 25 languages. All our international facilitators are multi-lingual and speak fluent English. These consultants facilitate groups of 6 to 200, in person and virtually across distance, including participants from individual contributor level up to executives.
Our global network allows us to deliver high-quality training in local languages – using local facilitators – keeping costs low and skill-transfer high. Our facilitators have the cultural literacy and wisdom to adapt and translate any pre-designed content based on the regional context it is delivered in – key in any global rollout.
How we ensure quality
We carefully measure and monitor our facilitation performance and use well-defined processes to ensure we always meet and exceed performance expectations.
