After an extraordinary career, we announce with gratitude and admiration the retirement of our esteemed colleague, Ms. Bettina von Trotschke, from in-person training and facilitation. Since joining the IPM Consulting – SyNet Group in 2007, Bettina has brought unmatched dedication and skill to her role as trainer, coach, and consultant. With a Master’s degree in Education from LMU Munich, international teaching experience in Beijing, and certifications in NLP, Gestalt Therapy, and Energy for Performance coaching, Bettina combined academic rigor with a deeply human touch. Her contributions across leadership development, resilience, health & wellbeing, and coaching have left an indelible mark on thousands of participants and clients worldwide.
Bettina’s impact extended beyond the seminar room. She co-authored influential works such as Teamcoaching, Sales Coaching, and Complaint Management, all widely regarded as practical guides for leaders striving to strengthen teams and organizations. Clients consistently praised her ability to transform theory into practice, creating learning environments filled with energy, reflection, and personal growth. Feedback from her coaching continues to resonate with participants many years later, a testament to her long-lasting influence.
Under Bettina’s leadership, HOT-Akademie continues to thrive, delivering multi-module leadership development programs for companies across Europe with measurable success and pride. While she no longer conducts in-person trainings herself, she continues to guide the academy in her role as managing director, focusing on strategy, organization, and leadership.
