NEW PROGRAM DESIGN: VACC Leadership Experience
IPM-SyNet successfully completes the Design and Train-the-Trainer of the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach) Leadership Experience Program.
We are proud to announce the successful completion of the design and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program for and with our corporate pharmaceutical client: The VACC Leadership Experience – a transformative leadership development initiative designed to foster autonomy and distribute accountability across teams. This program plays a pivotal role in supporting the client’s Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model, equipping leaders with the mindset and approaches needed to drive collaboration, innovation, and empowered decision-making.
The VACC Leadership Experience was co-created with our client’s leaders and tested in multiple iterations to ensure alignment with real-world challenges and opportunities. As part of this process, IPM-SyNet facilitated an intensive TTT session, preparing the client’s internal facilitators to lead the experience across the organization. This step ensures sustainable internal capability-building and the broad adoption of the program’s core principles.
A key milestone in this journey was highlighted in a recent LinkedIn post by a key project stakeholder, featuring the TTT participants and the client’s CEO, in Berlin, Germany. This moment underscores the strategic importance of leadership development in driving the client’s organizational evolution and the commitment of senior leadership to fostering a culture of autonomy and shared accountability.
