  • In partnership with the International Futures Forum, we developed a program for this global financial services company to uncover and cultivate “21st Century Competencies” that help individuals thrive in a complex, evolving landscape.
  • The year-long program, structured around action learning, enabled participants to demonstrate these competencies through effective, future-facing actions. It included three modules combining experiential and action learning:
