Leveraging Cultural Differences to Drive Results – Global Conglomerate

  • While this global conglomerate with more than 300tsd employees is operating across industries such as aviation, healthcare, power, renewable energy, and industrial solutions, it is still made up of individuals from diverse national cultures. We helped them leverage this diversity as a strength to drive innovation and enhance performance through the Achieving Results with Culture program.
  • The program was designed to help participants understand how to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. It consisted of three key modules:
    • Module 1 – Foundations of Culture
    • Module 2 – Developing Cultural Intelligence
    • Module 3 – Communicating Across Cultures
  • Throughout the program, participants explored the concept of culture, how it is formed, and examined eight key dimensions that define cultural differences. They also learned how these dimensions influence communication styles, enabling them to improve their effectiveness when interacting across cultures.
