Accelerating Change Acceptance
The Accelerating Change Acceptance (ACA) Process is a change management strategy combining a structured process with a robust set of tools to transform how people feel, operate, and behave in an organization.
The concept has its roots in the psychology of behavioral change. The understanding is that change does not happen in one step. ACA looks at 3 major stages and provides the tools needed in each stage to help leaders and change agents to facilitate the change.
ACA is focusing on the people side of change and factors in stakeholder issues before change is determined and in place. It has a methodical structure: The “ACA Model”, enabling the trained Change Agent to determine which tool would produce the greatest outcome at each phase of the process.
