• We utilized The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® assessment, developed by Patrick Lencioni, to empower teams to rethink their approach to teamwork and adopt new, effective behaviors for this team development workshop series.
• The aggregate team report highlighted areas for improvement across all five behaviors. The workshop objectives, co-created with the client, were as follows:
  • Deepen trust and collaboration, translating these into specific, actionable behaviors.
  • Accelerate decision-making with clear roles and healthy conflict.
  • Define “even over” strategies to guide teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
• The Exploring Trust & Collaboration module helped uncover the team’s unwritten rules and foster stronger collaboration.
• The Team Practices module supported decision-making and the development of effective team tactics.
